Mercure Cairo Le Sphinx Hotel Giza, Giza

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not clean enough, with issues like open carpet and bath areas; the room service accidentally locked me in, and the second room I was given was full of smoke and not ready for check-in, wasting my time. On the positive side, the hotel provided a complimentary upgrade with a lovely view of the pyramids, and the service was friendly despite some delays. The location was convenient for visiting the pyramids, but the dining experience left much to be desired with slow table turnover and disappointing food choices.
